Lets start by gathering some info:
- Do you have a consistent training schedule?
- Any events coming up? If so, when?
- What is the #1 thing you’d like to improve?
- How much do you weigh?
- What is your body fat %?
- What is your resting heart rate?
- Take pictures of yourself (front, back and side)
*save this information and keep it for reference… a few months from now, we will repeat these to help monitor progress
