Opposing Strength Workouts

Opposing strength workouts are used to train antagonistic muscle groups back and forth. You alternate between an exercise like the bench press and its opposing movement, the barbell row. These can be done in immediate succession or you can take 1-2 minute rests if your main goal is to increase strength.
