Day 1 – Total Body Lifts

Warm Up – head nods, rolling patterns, rocking, crawling, marching

* 2 minutes each

 

Primer – Jumping or throwing exercise

*3-5 reps x 5 sets

 

1a. Hinge – Deadlift variation

1b. Push – Horixontal or Vertical pressing exercise

*5 reps of each x 3 sets

**2 minutes rest between sets

 

2a. Lunge Variation

2b. Pull – Horizontal or Vertical Pulling Exercise

*5 reps of each x 3 sets

**2 minutes rest between sets

 

3a. Weak Link – Feet, core, or neck

3b. Grip

*5 reps of each x 3 sets

**2 minutes rest between sets

 

Day 2 – GPP

Warm Up – run, shuffle, skip in a circle

5 circles each direction x two rounds of each

 

1a. Shoulder Sandbag

1b. Sledge Hammer Strikes

*10 per side, rest for 2minutes, repeat for 5 rounds

 

2a. Crawl

2b. Carry

*100 ft each, rest 2 minutes, repeat for 5 rounds

 

3. Drag sled walking forward

*100 yards, rest 2 minutes, repeat for 5 rounds
