Note: These bodyweight workouts start simple and become increasingly difficult.  I’d recommend doing 2-3 workouts each week, work on doing each drill correctly and becoming proficient, before moving on to harder workouts.  Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bodyweight Workout Summary 

Warm Up

Bird Dog 5/side
Push Up Plank 30-60sec
Fire Hydrant 10/side
Side Plank 30-60sec per side
Prone Cobra 30-60sec
x 1-2 rounds

Squats
Push Ups
Suspension Row
15-30reps each x 2-3 rounds

Drop Lunge
Single Arm Down Dog
Scapulas Pull Ups
15-30reps each x 2-3 rounds
