Other Odds and Ends:
Axle Bar – Regular barbells are great, but the axle taxes your grip and makes everything just a little bit harder…perfect!
Kettlebells -First Place Kettlebells are durable, cast iron balls with a handle and a non-skid, rubber bottom. These babies will last forever!
Steel Clubs – Originally developed in ancient Persia as a means for conditioning soldiers and wrestling competitors, heavy clubs are particularly valuable for grip strength, shoulder work, and rotational core power.
Steel Mace – The mace is one of the most effective ways to build core and rotational strength, and is a steel testament to one’s desire to take fitness back to its primal roots.
Heavy Chains – We use the chains for dragging, crawling, pulling and so much more. These things have become an essential piece of training equipment for all of our gyms.
Steel Bells – If you’re a fighter, arm wrestler, or anyone looking to crush the hand of the next person you meet, you need a Steel Bell.
Squat Stands -Standing six-feet high with a 4×4’ footprint, the American-made S-1 Squat Stand is a compact squat rack that gives up nothing in quality. As with the entire S Series, we’ve designed the S-1 for both durability and ease-of-use. Westside hole spacing and UHMV J-Cups now come standard, and 2×3” 11-gauge steel uprights ensure optimum stability, with weight capacity tests topping 1,000 pounds.
ABC Agility Ladder – The ABC ladder is a 10 yard long , 16″ wide ladder with sturdy flat plastic rungs that form 19 squares, each 17″ long. (also available as a 5 yard long ladder) Improves agility, balance, and coordination. Great for walking, running, and hopping drills to improving proprioceptive abilities and lower extremity functions.
X-Vest – One of our favorite weighted vests. Perfect for bodyweight exercises, hiking, plyos and more.
The Heavy Sled -The Butcher has improved on the traditional sled design. The black powder coat paint means that the grip is better, the hand placement variations allow for different pushes and the weight-bearing bars can be removed for easier storage. Use this to increase your GPP, strength and endurance.
Dynamax Medicine Balls – Non-bouncing Dynamax Medicine Balls are our largest medicine ball (14″ diameter). Dynamax Medicine Balls have a soft feel. The stuffed balls have a heavy duty, vinyl coated nylon cover.
Battling Ropes – These poly ropes are the best choice for a gym or indoor training (can be used outside also). A Battling Rope® is more durable and has a greater life span than a manila training rope. They are braided polyester and do not shed, and are non-abrasive making them perfect for indoor use. Battling Training Ropes feature a plastic boot on each end to prevent fraying.
Trap Bar – The Trap Bar is great for lifting massive weight. Load it up and shrug it or pull it. One benefit of a trap bar deadlift is that it puts less stress on the lumbar spine since the load is centered and not off axis like a traditional deadlift. It is also easier for beginners and less mobile athletes to use.
Indian Clubs -Strengthen Muscles and Ligaments in the Wrist, Elbow, and Shoulder Girdle. Perfect for Warm Ups, mobility work and strength endurance in the shoulders and arms.
Ultimate Sandbags -Ultimate Sandbag Training Packages: All our Ultimate Sandbag Packages come with a durable outer shell and filler bags. The outer shell comes in various colors and provides SEVEN gripping options to train over 400 dynamic exercises. The Ultimate Sandbag filler bags are a clean and convenient way to change the weight of your Ultimate Sandbag to accommodate any fitness level or type of fitness. Each Ultimate Sandbag Package comes with a FREE training DVD, instructional booklet and wall chart poster.
Jungle Gym XT – the most versatile, durable, and economical suspension system out there. Built for punishing commercial use, the Jungle Gym XT is very different from traditional suspension bodyweight systems on the market today. Most notably, it features a ‘split design’, which allows users to quickly and easily adjust the forces on the body by changing the width of the system. From “V-shaped” suspension (found on traditional suspension systems), to neutral suspension (found in Olympic rings) and now wide-angle suspension, the Jungle Gym XT offers new features and versatility unlike anything the category has seen before.
Power Wheel – A strong core not only helps improve power and balance, it can also help decrease the likelihood of injuries. And nothing looks better than a strong, lean mid-section. The Lifeline Power Wheel delivers a series of intense exercises that challenge your abs, obliques, back, hips and glutes. You’ll even see (and feel) the effects on your chest, arms, hamstrings and calves. With exercise options that vary from mild to downright wild, this is the perfect piece of equipment for all fitness levels.
Valslides -Valslide® makes lower body exercises smoother and easier on the body with more effective and immediate results. The simplicity of movement makes this exercise tool an obvious addition to all workout routines.
Rx Jump Ropes – this is the best jump rope I have ever used. It is very fast and smooth and the grips are incredibly comfortable.
C-Band The C-Band is also a great team building and cooperation / communication encouraging tool…you’ll feel it when you’re out of sync, which makes correction and tuning into your teammates movements easier. Coaches and trainers report all kinds of creative uses and benefits of this simple yet effective training product.
Slam Balls – Non-bouncing PB Extreme Jam-Balls are durable and soft medicine balls. These sand-filled medicine balls feel like they’re filled with gel.
Rubber Medicine Balls – First Place Elite Medicine Balls bounce well, and are great for working out alone or with a partner.Great way to exercise any area of your body including the core, upper and lower extremities. Improves core strength, joint integrity, coordination, range of motion, and flexibility. Can be used to train explosive power and improve coordination.
Stability Balls -Stability balls, also known as balance balls or Swiss balls, can be incorporated into Pilates, weight training and many other fitness routines. These exercise balls have become an extremely popular way to increase core balance and abdominal fitness.
Power Jumper – Whether you’re looking to increase your vertical jump or gain speed, agility and power, the Portable Power Jumper is a great tool. The Power Jumper is unlike any other platform or weight-based jump trainers because it doesn’t increase strain and damage to your knees, and it is portable – allowing you to train anywhere and incorporate agility and hand-eye drills into your training program.
Reaction Balls – Catch it if you can! 6 Ridges cause ball to bounce in all different directions. Drop or throw it to the ground, then start chasing it as it bounces. Improves reaction time and first-step quickness. Teaches hand-eye coordination.
