We hope that you’ve made some massive gains and improvements over the last few weeks!

This month, we wanted to share a video about exercise variables.

Building good workouts is a lot like baking a cake or cooking a meal.

There are ingredients, prep, directions and other variables that we need to make the meal good.  Too much of one thing or adding the wrong ingredient can ruin the dish.

This video will help you understand the variables needed to build a great workout.
