Sandbag Series – Total Body Workout
1. SB Getups 8 reps per side
Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat for 3 sets
2a. SB Zercher Squat 8-12 reps
2b. Lateral Crawl w/ SB Drag 8-12 reps each way
2c. SB Overhead Carry – 100 ft
Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat for 3-4 sets
